It would show my serial number didn't fit in the spaces provided. The screen asked for the serial number but the serial number didn't fit in the spaces provided. (nice customer service attitude) >Can you grab the screen where you need to fill in the numbers? Yup >Without a grab of the screen asking you for the details, we are left guessing. That, or your copy came from a scanner supplier that has bundled a copy of PaperPort that has a different way of doing things. This fishing for information on my part is because i wonder if the number is accepted, but is being rejected in some way, perhaps because you have exceeded the number of acceptable activations of the software. I somehow doubt that you found a new problem. It has nearly always come down to people using the wrong format, confusing the numbers or entering the wrong number.
